BurkeAir’s Perth Metropolitan Operations are focused on the service maintenance and upgrade of Heating Ventilation & Air conditioning (HVAC)
We will systematically review the operational performance of the equipment of your commercial, retail or public sector premises.
The key to our mutual success is to maintain a single point of contact. You will be assigned your own service manager, who in consultation with you or your client will organize his team of trades people to :
- Identify lifecycle needs and expectations based on investment strategies determined through discussions with you.
- Perform regular robust inspections and performance testing in line with the Building Code of Australia.
- Provide regular reports on the outcomes of services and inspections to ensure effective lifecycle planning.
- Cater for 24hr service callouts, should you require this as part of your maintenance program.
In addition to the above services our Operations section offers, they will also be able to assist you with any equipment should it need replacing.
BurkeAir have access to a full range of products to suit any of your needs ranging from a small wall split airconditioner to a large chilled water plant.
For larger systems or out of the ordinary requests, we can involve our in house Projects department.
With our fifty plus staff in operations, we are able to inspect, quote and implement solutions with a minimum of fuss.
